Our presentation will be held at the Renaissance Downtown Conference Room, 3rd Floor at the Venetian, on the evening of 28 October 2016.

We will also announce the release of the next version of the Kubernetes on AWS suite of managed Kubernetes applications.
Our last presentation at AWS re:Invent 2015, titled “Managing Application Pools on AWS with Kubernetes”, was well received, with a large amount of interest.

Amazon Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) provides a managed Kubernetes cluster service that runs on the AWS platform.
Amazon EKS uses Kubernetes pods (and eventually AWS Fargate containers) to run Kubernetes services.
Amazon EC2 Container Service for Kubernetes (Amazon ECS) uses Kubernetes pods and containers to run services.
